Peppers grow in different shapes and sizes. Perfect for slimming diets, peppers have few calories and a different taste in each variety: red peppers have distinct flavour, the yellow ones are sweet and juicy, the green have an acid aftertaste.

Healthy and beneficial, peppers are rich in fibres, they clean and detoxify liver and prevent from skin aging. Our peppers are subject to strict controls, during all the producing chain, from sowing to harvesting, up to packaging.

Nutritional value

Peppers are rich in vitamins, which are useful to give the necessary energy to face your day, in antioxidant substances, which fight skin aging. With about 22 calories each 100 grams, peppers are perfect for your diet and have a good percentage of fibres that gives you a sense of satiety.

They contains vitamin A, vitamin C, carotenoids, and many active principles the fight bad cholesterol (LDL) and prevent from degenerative eye diseases.

Cultivation techniques

Our peppers are greenhouse-produced according to agricultural conventional techniques.

Storing, packaging and calibration

Peppers are processed in a 30x50 plastic case (one layer), in a 30x50 carton case (2 layers), or in a 40x60 carton case (1 layer). Every vegetable has a weight that varies from 300 to 500 grams and it may be stored up to 15 days after harvesting.

How to prepare peppers

Raw or cooked, peppers are delicious alone, as appetizer or side dish, or to season pasta or rice. Without forgetting salads. Stuffed peppers or roasted peppers? They are fantastic.
