All the Sicilian flavour in tomatoes that you may hardly find elsewhere as an ingredient. Here they are the protagonists of a dry product of in-oil seeds: their unique flavour will fascinate your palate.

Exclusively produced in Scicli greenhouses, in Sicily, the dry in-oil-seed plum tomatoes are subject to strict controls, during all the producing chain, from sowing to harvesting, up to packaging.


65% half-dry seed plum tomato, extra virgin olive oil, citric acid, garlic, basil and salt.


Half-dry plum tomatoes are prepared in net 180 gr jars. Every packaging consists of 12 jars.

The product is packaged for Costa dei Sapori in the plant in Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG), in C.da Piano Mondello.

How to store the product

The expiration date of in oil plum tomatoes is two years after their packaging, and, once opened, they must be stored in a cool dry place.

Dry seed tomatoes on the table

They are perfect if you wish to taste the flavour of a unique appetizer, typical of Sicilian cuisine, half-dry plum tomatoes may be used to season first courses or meat second courses.

Our advice to enhance the flavour of pasta? Chop in-oil-dry-seed tomatoes, fry them in a pan with some garlic and oil and get them into the pasta, with a pinch of chilli.
