Cultivate and store courgettes

Courgettes are greenhouse-produced according to agricultural conventional techniques.

Packaging and calibration

Courgettes are processed in a one-layer carton or plastic case.

Calibration is due to both length and weight of courgettes: 7-14 cm, 14-21 cm, 22-35 cm or 50-100 g, 100-225 g; 225-450 g.

Courgettes may be stored in the fridge up to ten days after harvesting.
